Shades products are available online, at amazon.com, by phone, and other online retailers. All prices are quoted in U.S. currency.
Purchase Orders from educational, corporate, and government agencies with Net 30 terms accepted upon prior approval - email: orders @ shadescases.com
Payments Accepted:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Credit Card info required: Type of card, account number, exp. date, name on card, billing address & CVV2 code.
Business Hours:
Monday - Friday; 9:00am-5:00pm Mountain Standard Time. Closed for business on the following dates: Jan. 1st, US Memorial Day, July 4th, US Labor Day, US Thanksgiving, and December 25th.
Merchandise, product specifications, availability, imagery and prices depicted are subject to change without notice. Clients who provide incorrect shipping data will be responsible for all costs related to retrieving and/or reshipping the order.
We respect your privacy and security -- all client data is encrypted using strong 128-bit SSL security. Countries which do not support 128-bit encryption will fall back to the highest level supported by that country.
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped daily (Monday-Friday) and will ship the same day if received by 2pm MST (4pm EST) unless otherwise posted on the website. If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.
We offer USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation, USPS Express Overnight, First Class Mail International, and USPS Priority International. ShadesCases is not responsible for USPS performance, and cannot refund shipping fees if deliveries are late. International customers read more Here.

Returns, Exchanges, & Defects
Exchanges
Incorrectly delivered items will be replaced by ShadesCases, including shipping fees, if reported within 15 days of receipt. Items must be returned in same condition as received with all product packaging intact - returns missing packaging will be subject to a nominal repackaging fee.
Customers Exchanges are allowed if reported within 15 days of receipt, received within 30 days, and only if item and package are in new condition.

Returns
Returns are allowed within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Item(s) must be returned in like new condition with packaging intact and undamaged, or your item(s) will not be returned. You are responsible for shipping charges (refunds do not include shipping charges).
Defects
If you believe an item you've received is defective, please fill out an exchange form. Defective product replacements will not be shipped until the original item is received or a picture is emailed as proof. Once the item has been confirmed defective, the replacement item(s) will be shipped or the customer will be reimbursed for damaged items.
Warranty
We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of 1-Year from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required. ShadesCases does not guarantee that any product will meet a client's requirements.
We make every effort to ensure that our products will not cause any harm, undesired operation, or unintended consequence. We make no warrantees whatsoever, and shall not be liable for: iPod/iPhone surface and/or case scratching, cracking or staining.
