Massage the Shade over the click-wheel area and/or move your finger around the wheel slowly.
Apple changed the sensitivity of the click-wheel for the new iPod Classic and nano 3G. At first it will seem difficult to scroll with the case on, but the sensitivity will increase
over time making it much more responsive and easier to scroll. We have tested the case and after a month of use it works great!
