I got this case after seeing multiple cell phones,ipods and the like falling and then going into the recycle bin. I wanted something that covered both the front and back so that it would'nt need a screen saver/protecter. Very hard to find such an item at a reasonable price that works. To me this is the "real deal". Only issue is like some reviewers say, the cover sticks too the screen, so I use the card that came with it, fold it in half, and when needed, slide it in to lift the cover. Works good so far and doesn't scratch the screen. Web site was easy to use and very helpful. Gonna get one for my new iphone. |

In theory this is a good case. It's thin, everything is covered and protected, it's nice. The only issue I have with it is that the wheel is almost impossible to turn with the plastic that's around it. I got so frustrated with it that I went to take it off and it was so tight, that I just ended up cutting it and it works great! |
One day he dropped the ipod.. he was trying to get it in his pocket - maybe a two and half foot drop.. sure enough the case went flying off and the screen cracked... he was bummed out to say the least. We then tried a few other cases.. He complained about a two piece case interfering with game play.. A metal (aluminium) one we tried had sharp edges and interfered with wifi.. Nothing seemed to work, until we found Shades. |

I love this case, it is so thin it really doesn't change anything about the ipod and it fits perfect. I am still able to go through my playlist easily even with the the case covering the wheel. The color is even better than I expected as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone to get a shades case for their apple products. |
I have two on my own and was showing off at a family gathering now I have just about everybody in my family with an IPhone hooked on them ! I ordered a ultra violet one for my godsister and it came today and she hasn't stopped talking about it yet ! OMG ! MY WHOLE FAMILY LOVES SHADES CASES NOW !! :) |

Case fits well over the iPod but leaves space at the bottom where scratches can easily occur. There is, however, a clear view of the screen and easy access to the trackpad. |

The color is great ( I named my iPod Purple Passion..lol) and it protects my whole iPod. It is a pretty tight fit though, I thought I would have to cut it off to remove it, but I got it off eventually. The plastic covering the click wheel is a bit too thick and causes me some frustration; I solved this by cutting that part out (I am not encouraging anyone to do that!). Other than the plastic over the clickwheel being too thick, I enjoy my Shades Ultra Violet case. Plus, I've gotten several compliments on how pretty it is! |
I really like the idea of a thin vinyl case, as it protects great from dents and scratches. However, It was really hard to get on, which in turned out to be a good thing because that makes it hard for dirt to get in. The colors are really cool but it would be awesome if Shades came in solid colors so they didn't look so dark on the black iPod. I can't figure out how to get rid of the air bubbles but you can't even see them when the backlight is on. Overall, its a great product and I'm glad I bought it.

I love that this case doesn't need a seperate screen protector! It adds color, keeps my ipod from getting scratched and protects the screen all at the same time. I found it very simple to put on and it does not push any of my buttons from being too tight. Also it does not add any bulk to the ipod, still sleek and slim like it is meant to be. For the price it's a winner. |
Make sure you purchase the right case to fit your correct model ipod. I originally purchased the wrong case and spent hours trying to fit the case on my ipod after giving up and realizing it was not going to fit. I did some research (the apple website) and found out what model ipod I really owned. The new case slid on easily and fits perfectly. I had a very difficult time finding a case to fit my "older" ipod. These cases are great and come in terrific colors. I'll be purchasing another one! |

Packaging was simple and protective--no clamshell to open! Yeah! I bought two different cases to try at the time and am using this one beause I can slip the case into my dock, my ihome and my media connector in my car without having to remove the case or squeeze it into the dock. The case is sticking to my screen a tad but the packaging advised that this would be expected at the beginning. This is the first cover that actually covers my media wheel and still allows NO loss of functionality. |

There are not many cases available for the Ipod Classic, but this one is perfect. Inexpensive, loads of colors to choose from and it protects your whole ipod. No problems whatsoever with the function of the click wheel, and it even fits in my Bose sound dock. Love it! |
Found this case online after searching many stores. There are not too many cases out there for the ipod classic. This one is inexpensive, light weight and comes in the coolest colors! Even though the click wheel is covered it still works perfectly. I can also fit it into my Bose docking station without having to remove the cover. I love the fact that even the screen is protected from scratches. Great product!! |
