Shades products are available online, by phone, and online retailers. All prices are quoted in U.S. currency.

We respect your privacy and are dedicated to security - all client data is encrypted using strong 128-bit SSL security - countries which do not support 128-bit encryption will fall back to the highest level supported by that country.

Shipping Information

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped daily (Monday-Friday) and will ship the same day if received by 3pm PST (6pm EST) (unless otherwise posted on the website). If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.

We offer USPS First Class Mail shipping with delivery confirmation, and USPS Overnight delivery is also available. Delivery time for First Class is usually within 2-4 business days.

** USPS publish's delivery times - ShadesCases is not responsible for shipper's performance, and cannot refund shipping fees if deliveries are late.

We ship International, the international rates are calculated by the ordering system. On all international orders, customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

 How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by quantity ordered.
Standard 2-3 day domestic shipping costs $3.95 for the 1st item, $4.95 for the 2nd item, and $7.95 for the 3rd and 4th item. Shippig is free after that.

International shipping costs $4.95usd for the 1st & 2nd item, and $8.95 for the 3rd & 4th item.

USPS Overnight Shipping (not offered for international orders) costs $19.95 for the 1st & 2nd item, and $24.95 for all items after that.

USPS International Priority Shipping costs $14.95 for the 1st & 2nd item and $16.95 for all items after that.
Returns, Exchanges & Defects

Exchanges
Incorrectly delivered items will be replaced by ShadesCases, including all shipping fees, if reported within 15 days of receipt. Items must be returned in same condition as received with all product packaging intact - returns missing packaging will be subject to a nominal repackaging fee.

Exchanges for customer mis-ordered or for color changes are allowed if reported within 15 days of receipt, and received within 30 days. And only if item and package are in new condition - you are responsible for shipping both ways. Please contact us to arrange exchanges - orders@shadescases.com
items received which are damaged or altered will not be acceptable for an exchange.

 Defects
If you believe an item you've received is defective, please email us. Defective product replacements will not be shipped until the original item is received. Once the item has been confirmed defective, the replacement item(s) will be shipped or customer will be reimbursed for damaged items.

Returns
To return an item which you simply do not want, Allowed within 15 days of receipt for refund or exchange. Item(s) must be returned in like new condition with packaging intact and undamaged, or a your item(s) will not be returned. You are responsible for shipping the product to us (refunds do not include shipping charges).

Warranty
We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of 1-Year from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser - proof of purchase is required. ShadesCases does not warrant that any product will meet a client's requirements.

While we make every effort to ensure that all our iPod cases will not cause any harm, scratching, or undesired operation, we make no warrantees whatsoever, and shall not be liable for: iPod surface and/or case scratching, cracking or staining.
